Wylliott Labs Pty Ltd is a small software company in Melbourne. This page covers this website, email you send us, and the internal tools we use to run the company. Each of our apps has its own page with the detail for that app:

This website

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't build a profile of you. It tells us how many people visited, which pages they read and roughly where they came from. The site is hosted by Cloudflare and the fonts come from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it sends them.

If you email us

We keep your email address, your message and anything you attach, and use them to reply. A person reads and answers every email. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Our internal tools

We run a few tools of our own to keep the company organised. Some of them sign in to our own Google accounts to read mail sent to us, with read-only access: they can't send, delete or change anything. That mail can include messages from you, and an AI service, Anthropic's Claude, helps us sort it. These tools are used only by us. They never ask for access to your Google account.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, we don't use it for advertising, and nobody outside the company gets it for their own use. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@wylliott.com and we'll reply within a few days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll change the date at the top and say what changed here.
